Born in Montpellier, Morgan Fortems is graduated in architecture and multimedia fields. He’s now living and working as a freelance art director in Nancy. Developer, designer, artist and curator, he works in many fields such as architecture, design, graphic design, multimedia, photography, scenography, art.
He founded the non-profit organization and gallery My monkey in 2003. The tiny place, which displays works of a wide range of local to international artists, has became one of the main and oldest promoter of contemporary graphic design in France.
Besides his professional and curatoring activities, he develops personal projects, makes books and fanzines.
He’s often invited to share his experience through workshops, jurys, lectures, roundtables or workgroups.
